How many you have experienced stress and done nothing about it until it’s too late? Throughout my life I have always forgot how important it is to put myself first and I’m often reminded that that’s exactly what I need to do even if it’s taking a couple minutes in the morning or a couple minutes before you enter your house to take that deep, sighing breath remember that we are here for you and we would like to help you along your journey here at Prism Wheel!

Jeanine has been practicing energy work since 2017 and creates a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
She is a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructor, and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, with additional training in sound healing.
