👀If your GLP-1 has you feeling nauseous or just “off,” I want you to hear this first:
Before we assume it’s the medication, let’s look at your foundation.
These are the things I want my clients to know (because they truly make a difference):
✨ Eat protein before your injection
✨ Aim for 25–30g of protein at each meal
✨ Stay consistently hydrated throughout the day. 2-3 liters.
✨ Add electrolytes (coffee doesn’t count ☕️)
✨ Take your dose on the same day and time each week
✨ Support your digestion with fiber, probiotics, or enzymes as needed
Most of the time, it’s not that your body can’t tolerate GLP-1…
It’s that your body needs the right support to respond well.
And one thing I’ll always emphasize with my clients:
🚨 Sourcing matters.
What you’re putting in your body isn’t something to cut corners on or bargain shop.
