Of course I want you to keep your fat loss.
Of course I don’t want you to gain it all back.

But I also don’t want you to believe that hitting your goal weight is the finish line.

After I lost 115 pounds, I remember thinking…

“I made it.”

And for a while, I was happy there.

But after a few years, I realized something.

I wasn’t growing anymore.
I wasn’t challenging myself anymore.

I had spent years proving to myself I could lose the weight… and now my only goal was not messing it up.

That wasn’t exciting.
That wasn’t fulfilling.

I started missing the version of me who was constantly learning, improving, and proving to herself she could do hard things.

So I stopped asking…

“How do I stay this weight forever?”

…and started asking…

“What else am I capable of?”

Could I build more muscle to see capped shoulders ?
Could I get strong enough to do 5 pull ups?
Could I learn how to do handstands?
Could I move even better?
Could I become athletic?
Could I deadlift more than my bodyweight?
Could I improve my business?
Could I push my clients outside of their comfort zone to see even better progress.?

Could I keep raising the standard for myself instead of protecting where I already was?

That second transformation changed me more than the first one ever did.

Yes, my body changed.

But so did the way I approached every part of my life.

I became more disciplined.
More confident.
More resilient.

I stopped looking for comfort and started looking for growth.

Now, my goals have very little to do with the scale.

They’re about becoming stronger.

More capable.
More confident.
More present for my family.
More willing to take risks.

More willing to bet on myself.

When I started chasing growth I stopped worrying about gaining the weight back.

I've been too busy becoming someone I never thought I could be.

Fat loss changes your body.

Growth changes who you become.
•
•
•
What’s one thing you’ve always wanted your body to be able to do?
•
•
•
Your first pull-up?
Hiking without stopping?
Lifting your kids with ease?
Running a 5K?
Deadlifting your bodyweight?
Or something else ?!⬇️

Every year, you tell yourself…

“I’ll enjoy the holidays and get serious in January.”

But by the time January gets here, you’re not just trying to lose fat…

You’re trying to rebuild your routine.

Get back in the gym.

Figure out your nutrition again.

Convince yourself to start over… again.

You’re starting from scratch.

I’d rather see you use the next 8 weeks differently.

✔️ Build a routine before the holidays… so working out becomes part of your week instead of something you constantly have to talk yourself into.

✔️ Get stronger… so carrying groceries, picking up your kids, hauling Christmas decorations, and keeping up with life doesn’t leave you exhausted.

✔️ Learn how to fuel your body… so one party, dinner, or dessert doesn’t send you into "I'll restart Monday".

✔️ Start seeing progress… because it’s a whole lot easier to protect progress than it is to start from zero.

✔️ Sleep better… so you have the energy to keep up with work, family, and everything the holidays throw at you.

✔️ Have more energy… so you’re making memories with your family instead of just trying to get through the day.

So when Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s roll around…

You already know what works for you.
.One holiday meal doesn’t turn into three weeks off track.
..One Christmas party doesn’t make you feel like you’ve “ruined everything.”

That’s exactly why I created Bet On Yourself.

I know 8 weeks is enough time to build a routine that makes the holidays feel completely different.

If you’re ready to head into this holiday season feeling stronger, healthier, and more in control—instead of waiting until January to start over...

I’d love to coach you.

We start September 1st.

Spots are limited and already filling.

You’re not getting the whole story from an 8-second transformation video.

You’re getting the highlight reel.

You don’t see…

• The weeks the scale didn’t move…
…and they stuck with the plan instead of assuming it stopped working.

• The night they went out to eat…
…and got right back to their normal routine the next day instead of letting it turn into a “screw it” weekend.

• The bloating after a salty meal…
…and didn’t slash their calories or add an hour of cardio to “make up for it.”

• The weeks life got stressful and sleep was terrible…
…so they adjusted their training, focused on recovery, and kept moving forward instead of quitting altogether.

• The days they wanted to quit…
…but still found a way to keep the promises they made to themselves.

• The workouts they didn’t feel like doing…
…but showed up anyway because they knew consistency mattered more than motivation.

You see Day 1…

And then you see Day 90.

What made the transformation wasn’t that they had the perfect metabolism.

It wasn’t that they found the perfect workout.

It wasn’t that everything went according to plan.

It was that they kept adjusting without abandoning the plan.

So before you compare your Week 4 to someone else’s transformation…

Ask yourself…

Am I comparing my reality to someone else’s highlight reel?

Fat loss isn’t about trying to keep up with someone else’s timeline.

It’s about giving your body enough time to respond before you decide the plan isn’t working.

I used to think if I could just explain myself better…

•People would understand why I track my food.
•Why I bring my meal prep with me.
•Why I say, “Sorry, I can’t come until after my workout.”
•Why I don’t always get the ice cream when everyone else does.
•Why my goals matter so much to me.

Five years later…

I finally realized they were NEVER SUPPOSED TO understand.

•They weren’t the ones who cried after seeing a picture of themselves.
•Who broke a dining room chair because their body had gotten so heavy.
•Who untagged themselves from photos because they couldn’t stand to look at themselves… or let anyone else see them.
•Who spent years lying on the couch until the springs popped out because they didn’t have the energy or drive to get up.
•Who spent years feeling uncomfortable in their own skin.

I was.

So why was I expecting them to understand decisions they never had to make?

That realization honestly made me tear up.

Because for so long, I felt like I had to justify every decision I made.

But I really don’t.

•I don’t need to explain why I work out on vacation, sometimes say no to dessert, or why protecting my routines matters to me.

Because those things aren’t taking away from my life…

They’re the reason I HAVE the life I have now.

People see the dessert I pass on, the workout I don’t skip, and the meal prep I bring.

What they don’t see is everything those choices have given me:

•The energy to say YES when my kids ask me to play.
•The confidence to get in the picture instead of hiding behind the camera.
•The discipline I never knew I had.
•A life that doesn’t revolve around food, guilt, or wishing I looked different.

From the outside, it might look like I’m giving a lot up.

From where I’m standing…

I’ve gained far more than I ever gave up.

If you’re trying to change your life, there will be people who don’t get it.

Some will think you’re doing too much.
Some will think you’ve changed.

They’re probably right.

You have changed.

That’s the whole point. 💜

Follow along if you’re done asking for permission to become the woman you want to be.

08/01/2026

You weren’t born believing your own needs could wait.

You learned it.

Little by little.

You became the dependable one.
The one everyone could count on.

The one who always figured it out.
The one who always said yes to everyone else

And then…

Somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else…

You started treating the promises you made to yourself like they could wait.

“Tomorrow.”
“Next week.”
“After vacation.”
“When work slows down.”
“Once the kids go back to school.”

And after breaking those promises enough times…

You started believing maybe you’re just someone who doesn’t follow through.

That's not true.

you’ve just repeated that pattern so many times that it feels normal.

But patterns can change.

And it starts the first time you decide…

“No. I’m keeping this promise to myself.”

Then you do it again.
And again.

Until one day…

Keeping the promises you make to yourself becomes your normal instead of putting yourself last.

🤍

That’s the entire reason I created Bet On Yourself Challenge

Because you deserve the chance to prove something to yourself.

To trust yourself again.

To do what you said you were going to do.

To stop waiting for Monday.
To stop waiting for life to calm down.
To become the woman who follows through.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time”…

this is it.

Bet On Yourself starts September 1.

It's August 1st which means I’m officially opening up spots for the Bet On Yourself Challenge!! (an 8-week strength and nutrition challenge starting September 1st.)

I need at least 8 people to run it, and I’m capping it at 20 spots total. $150 to join.

Here’s exactly what you get for that:

•A full training program built for you inside of my coaching app, updated as the weeks go on- how to guided videos and progress tracking included.
•Your choice of nutrition tracking — personalized macros to track, or a hand-portion photo journal if you’d rather not count numbers
•Access to EZ LIFT CLUB classes if you’re local, or a form-check option if you’re training from home / a distance.
•A weekly live group call with me — education around nutrition/fitness , Q&A, mindset tips/tricks & more
•A community to help keep you accountable and cheer you on
•A running leaderboard, and a reward pool split between the top 3 point earners at the end

OVER THE 8 WEEKS:
you get stronger (mentally & physically) .

Your energy sky rockets- no more feeling like you need a midday nap.

Digestion, sleep, and hunger cues start regulating .

You start trusting your own consistency instead of chasing perfection.

By the end, the version of you that started this isn’t the version that finishes it.

If you want one of the 20 spots, comment or DM me “BET” and I’ll get you everything you need before we start September 1st.

If you're interested, please fill out this form as well so I know exactly what you're wanting to get out of this challenge! 😊 https://5wy9zjcr3xn.typeform.com/to/ulJC46th

Hear me out… 👀

You say you want…

✨ to get stronger.
✨ to lose fat.
✨ your clothes to fit better.
✨ to stop obsessing over every bite of food.
✨ to have the energy to make it through the day.
✨ to walk into a room feeling confident.

But then life gets messy…

So you end up…

❌ skipping the workout because work ran late.
❌ not tracking your food because lunch didn’t go as planned.
❌ avoiding your check-in because you’re embarrassed about the week you had.
❌ telling yourself you’ll “be better” on Monday.

None of those things make you a failure, BUUUT… they do keep you connected to the version of yourself you’re trying to outgrow.

The woman you’re becoming doesn’t have perfect weeks either.

She still gets busy.
She still goes on vacation.
She still has sick kids.
She still has stressful days at work.

The difference is…

✅ She doesn’t disappear every time life gets inconvenient.
✅ She adjusts instead of quits.
✅ She sends the messy check-in.
✅ She logs the meal anyway.
✅ She squeezes in the shorter workout.
✅ She keeps showing up, even when it doesn’t look perfect.

fat loss isn’t just about changing your body…

It’s about changing the decisions you make when life doesn’t go according to plan.

It’s about building habits that align with the person you’re becoming.

And eventually…

Those decisions become who you are.

👇 What’s one habit you’re trying to leave behind?

I think we’ve started throwing around the word “balance” as if it should look the same for everyone.

It doesn’t.

Balance for someone who’s five years into their health journey is going to look very different from balance for someone who’s trying to completely change their life.

When I had 100 lbs to lose, I had to start saying no more often… because I’d spent years saying yes.

Yes to the takeout.
Yes to the drive-thru.
Yes to the extra drink at the bar.
Yes to dessert after dinner.
Yes to the large soda.
Yes to the ice cream after the movie… even though we’d already had popcorn and candy.

So no… I didn’t lose 100 lbs by saying yes to every craving “for balance.”

Sometimes I said, “Not this weekend,” when everyone was going out for dinner.

Sometimes I brought my own meal to a family BBQ or potluck because I knew I wasn’t at a place where I could stop after one plate.

Sometimes I’d go for ice cream with my family… and not order anything.

Those moments weren’t always fun.

I felt left out sometimes.
I felt uncomfortable.

But .. I was already uncomfortable.

I was uncomfortable in my body.
I was uncomfortable in my clothes.
I was uncomfortable walking upstairs.
I was uncomfortable looking in the mirror.

The difference was… this discomfort was temporary.

And every time I chose it, I was getting one step closer to a life where I didn’t have to live in that constant discomfort anymore.

Five years later, my version of balance looks completely different.

I can go out for dinner without it turning into a weekend of overeating.

I can have ice cream without feeling like I need to finish the whole tub.

I can enjoy holidays and social events without feeling out of control.

And honestly? A lot of the foods I used to eat all the time don’t even make me feel good anymore.

I don’t skip them because I “have to.”

Most of the time, I skip them because I know how sluggish and awful they make me feel afterwards.

I would not have gotten here if I’d tried to force today’s version of balance onto the version of me who was just getting started.

Balance isn’t one-size-fits-all.

It changes as you do.💜
