Yoga Insight for the week!

Many people don't see the point in Savasana, but it's important to know that it is just as important as the physical work. This meditative state at the end of your yoga class allows the body to relax and integrate the benefits of your yoga practice. It promotes stress relief, deep relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Entering this meditative state is wonderful for the mind and body alike, and it would be a disservice to yourself to skip it. 🧘‍♀️
