At age 64, I had almost given up on ever feeling like myself again.

When someone introduced me to these products, I tried them with skepticism—but also hope. They offered something that had never been done before.

That was the turning point for me. I started noticing steadier energy, a clearer head, and a calmer, more upbeat mood. Finally, I felt like myself again. 😊 Now, at age 65, I am focusing on longevity and continuing to feel good- after so many years of struggling.

Your body has two ages:
Chronological (the number) and biological (how your body is aging and functioning).

I sure looked and felt older than my actual age.

For me, the shift came when I started focusing on supporting my body from within.

✨ Making my well-being a priority
✨ Giving my body nourishment and time to recharge
✨ Paying attention to how I felt, beyond what I saw in the mirror

And that feeling? It shows.

If you’d like to know more about the frequency nutrition products I used and my experience with them, comment RESET and we can go from there.

Let’s have some fun with this one!

Reply with a GIF. I’ll go first. !

I will say mine was going terribly once I hit my late 40s and my skin changed. It took me years of trying so many different types of makeup. Now I love this cream foundation by Seint beauty.

It’s been seven years now and it’s still my go to.

Thankfully, I have found a lot of makeup artists and women like me who are just trying to help others, then I follow to learn all these amazing tips that I now pass on to other women who are struggling. And sometimes it’s just fun to try something new to see how you like it.

Technique and placement matter just as much as the product you’re using. Learning that has changed everything about how I do make up.

And of course, if you were always great at make up, let us know that too!

Can’t wait to see what you come up with

..two things that can change my whole vibe. Beautiful music and the right products !

I didn’t always wear much makeup. But as my skin changed, I started searching for something that would help me feel better while still looking like ME.

That search took years.

When I finally found Seint at 58, I started with four simple colors just to see if I liked it. I had no idea those four colors would become part of my everyday routine—or make such a difference in my confidence.

For the first time, I felt like I’d found makeup that worked with my skin. The creams blended beautifully, looked natural, and enhanced my features. I felt pretty, and that feeling is what made me want to share it with other women.

AND people started complementing… My skin. They didn’t say did you get a new makeup? They said your skin looks great. What are you doing?

Now, at 65, it’s still my go-to.

Everything is together in one customized palette, and it’s never been an all-or-nothing routine. Some days I use just a little; other days I enjoy spending more time on a full face. It’s versatile, fast, and so much easier than I ever expected.

Cream makeup has been the perfect for my mature skin. And you don’t have to be a makeup artist to figure it out—If I can learn it, anyone can.

Under Eye Struggles? Before you reach for MORE concealer, try this instead! ✨

One of the biggest differences for me has been correcting the darkness first instead of trying to cover it with layer after layer of concealer. We all know where that can lead… cakey under eyes.

I use just a small amount of pink corrector directly on the darkest areas. The pink helps neutralize that darkness so I don’t need nearly as much product on top. You may need to play around with what color works best for your discoloration. But typically a pink, salmon, or peachy color.

Then I add concealer along the orbital bone and sweep it toward the temple. This brightens the eye area, creates a more lifted look and also helps soften the pink around the edges if you don’t want pink showing under the entire eye.

But placement is only half of it — how you blend matters too! I use a fluffy brush and tiny circular motions, then lightly feather everything down alongside the nose so it all melts together without any obvious edges.

For mature under eyes, I’ve found that less product + strategic placement + good blending makes such a difference.

SAVE this for the next time you do your concealer & SHARE with a friend who struggles with dark under eyes. Don’t be afraid to play around with it! And start with something you already have if you have something you think will work.

At 65, I love seeing what a difference thoughtful makeup placement can make.

Give it a try!

Here’s where I’m adding light:

1. At the corner of the mouth, angled upward. If you have marionette lines, stop before the line.
2. From the corner of the nose, angled upward until you feel your cheekbone.
3. From the outer corner of the lower lash line toward the tail of the brow. I took mine a little farther.
4. Above the brow, lining up with the pupil and drawing straight upward.
5. Just underneath the arch of the brow.

Blend with gentle taps so the product stays where you placed it. A light hand is key—you’re looking for subtle brightness and lift.

Save this for your next makeup day!

I’m using Seint Beauty, a cream-based makeup system that keeps everything together in one palette. It’s been my go-to for over seven years!

A little light in the right places can make such a difference! ✨ I’m trying these five lifting spots on my 65-year-old face, inspired by makeup artist Kate | Makeup Tips

1. Corner of the mouth, angled upward—but if you have marionette lines, stop before the line rather than going over it.
2. Corner of the nose, angled upward until you feel your cheekbone.
3. Outer corner of the lower lash line, up toward the tail of your brow. I extended mine a little farther.
4. Above the brow, using your pupil as a guide, draw straight upward.
5. Right underneath the arch of your brow.

Gently tap to blend, keeping the product where you placed it instead of smudging it around.

The goal is subtle—a little brightness and a softly lifted look. Save this to try next time you do your makeup!

My makeup is by Seint beauty. It is a one pallet cream based makeup system. It has been my go for over seven years now.

I have learned so many tips and tricks over the years from Kate. Give her a follow if you don’t already! 🤩

Do what works best for you!

You don’t have to contour every spot on the usual makeup map. Choose the placements that give you the effect YOU like—and feel easy to do.

For so long, I tried to contour my cheeks, and it just always looked muddy to me. Then I tried this method and never looked back. It also depends on your face shape and your preference.

Here, I’m adding soft shadow around my forehead, defining my jawline, and blending a little contour onto my neck and below my chin to soften the appearance of sagging.

For my cheeks? I’m using a tiny bit of my Seint brightening shade for a lifted look. This color also doubles as my concealer. So you could use whatever concealer you . Tap to blend, then gently diffuse the edges.

At 65, I’m choosing what works for my face. You get to do the same.

Don’t blend away the lift you just created.

A little concealer in these three places can brighten your face and give it a more lifted look—but how you blend matters just as much as where you place it.

Instead of sweeping it all over, gently TAP to blend, keeping the concealer where you intended it to go. Then lightly diffuse the edges for a soft, natural finish.

Less product. A lighter touch. And placement that actually shows up.

Also, a cream based makeup blends so easily and looks natural. Mine by Seint beauty and it has been my go to for seven years now. If you would like a free Color Match, comment. MAKEUP

This is what I have learned-A little shift in placement can make all the difference.

As our faces change, our makeup techniques can change with them. Moving your contour or brightening highlight just slightly can help create a lifted look, add dimension, and leave your face looking softer and more refreshed.

It’s one of the reasons I’ve loved cream makeup for the past six years. It blends beautifully into my skin, giving me that polished finish while still letting my skin look like skin.

Getting older doesn’t mean we need more coverage—sometimes we just need a different approach. Techniques that work with our features can make such a difference. ✨
