I hope you can take some time to reset and rest, doing something you love. These two things helped me do that for a bit (also let me know if you want the recipe, it was so easy and yummy, I won’t gate-keep 😉)

Couldn’t remember why I had it set up the previous way until I remembered the outlets 🤣 Thankful for extension cords and friends who help me move furniture!!

You’ll still find me in the same room at the CCP Center for Perinatal Mental Health, but this time in a little cozier set up 💕

Come feed your baby under the warm lights and a soft overhead sound machine! 🤱🍼 Right off Ballard and 41N, my office is easy to access from any point in the valley.

If you’re between 4-6 weeks postpartum and you’re going back to work (or just want another way to feed baby), make sure you start introducing a bottle to get that practice in before you need it! 🍼
