Couldn’t remember why I had it set up the previous way until I remembered the outlets 🤣 Thankful for extension cords and friends who help me move furniture!!

You’ll still find me in the same room at the CCP Center for Perinatal Mental Health, but this time in a little cozier set up 💕

Come feed your baby under the warm lights and a soft overhead sound machine! 🤱🍼 Right off Ballard and 41N, my office is easy to access from any point in the valley.

Good weight gain is ONE indicator that feedings are going well, but it is not the only indicator. Often times I see babies much later than I could have because they had good weight gain but were showing some other concerns.

Do we want those cute pillsbury rolls for arms and legs on baby? YES 👏🏻
Do we want appropriate oral function for safe and efficient feedings? Also YES 🙌🏻
