I held my first yoga class one year ago today. I was so nervous and unsure , but knew I was following a path chosen for me. I am a bit more seasoned now, but still learning and growing every time I step on the mat. I look forward to continuing to share movement and mindfulness with my yoga community. June hours for now. Looking to expand into some more day hours etc, I need to see the interest. I also have spots available for private lessons.
