🥑🍹 Fresh Flavors at Happy Hour! 🍹🥑

This week’s Happy Hour featured a seasonal favorite: fresh guacamole! Chef Ajax gave residents a fun demonstration on how to prepare this delicious appetizer, and we made it extra special with cilantro grown right here at Lynridge. 🌿✨

Fresh ingredients, great company, and a tasty treat made for a wonderful afternoon!

September marks Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on men’s health, encourage important conversations and remind the men in our lives that taking care of their health is always worth prioritizing. 💙

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men, and staying proactive can make a meaningful difference. This month, consider scheduling a routine checkup, talking with your healthcare provider about your personal risk factors and recommended screenings, learning about your family health history, and encouraging the men you love to do the same. 💙

🎲✨ Casino Night Was a Jackpot of Fun! ✨🎲

It wouldn’t be Casino Night without some big prizes! A special thank-you to Encompass Rehab and St. Gabriel’s Hospice for sponsoring our wonderful raffle baskets and helping make the evening extra special. 🎁💛

After dinner, Chase dealt a lively game of craps, bringing plenty of friendly competition, laughs, and excitement to the table. 🎰🎲 After hours of fun, residents cashed in their chips for even more prizes and called it a night!

A big thank-you to Jeff ChiZam for bringing the laughs and amazement to our Casino Night with a fun-filled magic and comedy show! Residents enjoyed plenty of laughter over dinner and drinks while taking in the entertainment. 🍽️🍹

What a fantastic way to wrap up our month of magic with great company, good food, and one last memorable performance! 💛

The conversation encouraged residents to recognize when additional support may be helpful and reinforced an important message—asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. ✨
