Last week, CURA attended the American Kidney Fund Hope Affair Gala in Washington, D.C., supporting the AKF’s work to improve the lives of people living with kidney disease. 💙

The evening brought together advocates committed to advancing kidney health and ensuring patients have access to the resources and care they need.

We’re grateful to support AKF and other organizations making a meaningful difference for patients and families. We look forward to continuing to advance their missions through our work.

CURA is proud to spotlight our work with Surge to Save Newborns, a coalition dedicated to advocating for lifesaving screenings for rare, serious, and treatable conditions when detected early after birth.💙

The coalition recently reached a major milestone with the Introduction of the Surge to Save Newborns Act, a landmark bill to provide all 50 states with the funding they need to screen every baby for every expert recommended condition.

We look forward to continuing to be part of this important work and connecting with the rare disease community at the National Organization for Rare Disorders, Inc. (NORD) Rare Diseases & Orphan Products Breakthrough Summit, this weekend (October 25–27) in Washington, D.C.
