Meet Our Featured Instructors: Meredith & Jessica of Untamed Dance Fitness 💜

For Meredith and Jessica, dance is more than movement. It's been part of their healing journey.

They've each experienced firsthand how movement can help you navigate life's challenges, rebuild confidence, reduce stress, and reconnect with joy. Those experiences inspired them to create a space where others can discover the mental and emotional benefits of movement too.

At The Mental Wellness Connection, they'll lead an interactive dance fitness experience that reminds us healing doesn't always begin with words. Sometimes, it begins with movement.
