Empowering couples since 2009 ~ I provide continuous support to women and their partners during their birthing time. Each birth you have will also be a unique experience. I offer suggestions such as position changes and movements that will enhance labor progress. Prior to birth I like to meet at least twice to discuss your hopes, wishes and fears, and of course any obstetrical's you perceive coul

d get in the way. This is a great way to remove some of them and decrease the anxiety around others. We can add visits if this will help ensure you feel confident in your abilities to navigate early labor on your own. Of course I am always available if this time is extremely difficult. I stay with my clients from early active labor through to about 1-2 hours postpartum. I offer 1-2 postpartum visits. I will help you process your birth experience, help with basic breastfeeding, and give any referrals that may be needed at that time.
