It's okay to not know. When we have experienced trauma we often get stuck in one of four trauma responses: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. Each gives us a sense of safety, even if it actually causes more distress the longer we keep these patterns going.

Hello! I guess it's about time to introduce myself. I am the founder of Maze and Meadow. I have always dreamed of running a practice since I first started my journey in grad school in 2017. My goal was for my practice to be a place of genuine connection and authenticity not just for clients but for therapists as well. Trauma informed care is important to that message with a focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I personally specialize in religious trauma and ADHD women! Current in network with Aetna, BCBS, and United commercial plans. Our team is accepting new clients vitally across North Carolina and we have immediate availability.
