My office has moved to a new location at 308 9th Ave W. The space is still undergoing finishing touches, including my picture that is yet to be hung. I am looking forward to working from this new space alongside four other mental health providers, each with their own business. Situated in the 9th Ave storage building labeled aWarehouse, I am now open to new clients.

✨ A New Year Doesn’t Mean a New You ✨

As we move into a new year, there’s often pressure to “start over” or become someone entirely different. In therapy, we focus on something gentler and more sustainable: building awareness, compassion, and skills—right where you are.

You don’t need a resolution to begin healing. Growth can look like setting boundaries, prioritizing rest, processing old wounds, or finally asking for support.
