Excited to share that I’ll be doing a mini yoga camp for the kiddos July 1-3 at Restore & Balance Yoga Studio in Ashland! The theme is Red, White, and Blue 🇺🇸 Celebrating what makes us all special and unique!

Each day is an hour 10:30am-11:30am — yoga, movement games/activities, crafts, and mindfulness exercises.

Sign your kiddo up through the MINDBODY app, search Restore & Balance, and make sure you make a profile and ADD CHILD! Sign up using your child’s account.

SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER!!!

That means you may get to see me at a few places teaching kids yoga! Excited for the friendships I have made through yoga and their support and faith in me as a kids instructor!

Tonight was perfect. I’ve been wanting to share yoga with my school family since we learned our building was going to close. A lot of stress and worry came about.

Yoga has helped me heal from trauma I experienced from childbirth and postpartum. Yoga has also taught me how to handle my anxiety and accept my self mentally and physically even on the hard days. I am forever grateful for yoga and the instructors who helped me through my journey of healing.

Tonight I finally got to share my love for yoga while having one of my best friends, Shana lead the class! Not only was this for us to navigate change and uncertainty BUT we were able to do this for a co-worker starting her cancer journey and raise funds for her and show her she’s not alone!

Forever thankful for yoga, forever thankful for the instructors, forever thankful for my co-workers!
