Sister Circle is returning Wednesday, September 2, and it has been so beautiful to see women already saying yes to gathering again! ♡

There is something about being in a room with other women, with nowhere to perform, nothing to accomplish, and permission to simply arrive as we are, that I think many of us are craving right now.

Our first gathering back will be centered around Returning to the Circle—reconnecting, meeting new women, catching up on where life has taken us, and making space for where we each find ourselves now.

The circle is already more than halfway full, with just a few spaces remaining. If you’ve been feeling the pull to join us, I’d love to have you.

Whether you're returning to Sister Circle or walking into the circle for the very first time, you are welcome here. ♡

With love,
Tiffany🦋

There has been something quietly calling me back lately…

It has been over a year since I closed the circle as I made space for returning to school, family, and life. But over that time, I’ve continued to hear from women who have told me how much they miss our gatherings, and, truthfully, I’ve missed them too!

So, I’ve decided to open the circle again. ♡

The address will be shared personally after your spot is reserved.

Because this gathering takes place in my home and I want Sister Circle to remain sustainable alongside the rest of my life, I've created some loving but clear boundaries around arrival/departure times, cancellations, communication outside of circle, and our private location.
Please read the full Sister Circle details before reserving your spot.

I’m really looking forward to opening my home, sitting together again, and seeing what this next version of Sister Circle becomes.

With love,
Tiffany🦋

The Moon invites us to trust what our intuition already knows.

Welcome,

As I sit down to write this month's Soul & Psyche, I find myself taking a deep breath.

July was potent. Astrologically, it was anticipated to be one of the more intense and transformative months of the year, and personally, I felt much of that energy moving through my own life.

After the passing of two dear friends who had both been living with terminal illnesses, alongside some challenges close to home and the accumulation of life's many stresses, my body eventually asked me to pay attention. I began July with shingles—a very physical reminder that my nervous system was taxed and that I could no longer simply push through.

I was being asked to rest. To heal. To stop forcing. To give grief and exhaustion the space they needed.

But July wasn't only heavy.

Somewhere within all of that came an equally important invitation: to play.

There was a spontaneous trip north with my partner to spend time along the river. A beautiful camping trip beneath the Redwoods with my family. Bare feet in the dirt. Playing in the water. Stargazing. Watching the full moon rise. New experiences, laughter, wonder, and the magic of watching my daughter see her very first shooting star.

Mother Earth became part of the medicine.

And perhaps that was one of July's greatest teachings for me: healing doesn't always look like retreating from life. Sometimes healing is rest and stillness. And sometimes it is getting into the river, changing the plans, looking up at the night sky, laughing with the people you love, and allowing yourself to be surprised by life again.

After the intensity of July, August feels like an exhale of sorts.

Not because everything is suddenly settled or known, but because I feel less called to brace against what might be coming and more called to listen, to my body, to Spirit, to my intuition, and to the quiet guidance that so often reveals itself when I stop trying to force an answer.

Which makes the card that arrived for us this month feel especially meaningful.

For August, I surrendered the choice entirely and allowed Spirit to guide this month's card.
The card that emerged was The Moon

The Moon reminds us that not everything true is immediately visible.
Just as moonlight softly illuminates the landscape, our intuition gently reveals what the mind cannot always explain. We may not see the entire path ahead, but that doesn't mean we are lost.
Some of the most meaningful guidance arrives quietly.
This month begins in Leo, inviting us to stand confidently in our own light. Yet true confidence doesn't come from seeking validation outside ourselves. It grows from trusting the quiet wisdom already living within us.
As August unfolds and Virgo season arrives, the invitation becomes even deeper. Virgo reminds us that healing is not simply something we receive; it is something we participate in. Our bodies, our intuition, and our spirit are constantly communicating with us, gently asking us to slow down long enough to listen.
The Moon encourages us to become comfortable with mystery.
Not every answer is meant to arrive all at once.
Sometimes clarity unfolds in the same way moonlight does, not by flooding us with certainty, but by illuminating just enough for the next faithful step.
Whether under the brightness of the Full Moon or the darkness of the New Moon, the invitation remains the same:
Trust yourself.
Trust what you sense before you can explain it.
Trust that even in moments when nothing seems clear, something beautiful is unfolding beneath the surface.
The unseen does not mean unsupported.
Often, it is where guidance is most alive.

A Reflection to Sit With This Month
Where in my life am I being invited to trust my intuition a little more deeply, even if I cannot yet see the entire path?

Closing Reflection
May you find the courage to trust what your intuition already knows, the patience to honor what is still unfolding, and the quiet confidence to follow your own inner light, even when the path ahead is illuminated one gentle step at a time.
Love,
Tiffany🦋

Judgment, The Tower, and the freedom to become more fully yourself!

Welcome,

This month carries a different kind of energy.

As many of us in the United States celebrate Independence Day this month, I've found myself reflecting on another kind of freedom—not the freedom granted by governments or circumstances, but the freedom that comes when we stop abandoning ourselves.
Yet freedom isn't only something we celebrate collectively.
It is also something we cultivate within ourselves.
And this month, I found myself returning again and again to a question that feels especially alive right now:
What does it truly mean to be free?

For July, I intentionally chose Judgment as our primary guide.
But standing quietly beside it is another powerful archetype: The Tower.

If Judgment is the invitation, The Tower is the landscape through which many of us may be walking.

July Card of the Month — Judgment

The Judgment card has little to do with being judged.
Instead, it asks us to awaken.
It invites us to remove the masks we've learned to wear—the expectations, the "shoulds," the old stories, the identities we've outgrown—and answer a deeper calling.
Not someone else's.
Our own.
True freedom begins the moment we stop seeking permission to become who we already are.
Judgment reminds us that the only approval capable of setting us free is our own.
It asks us to meet ourselves honestly.
To forgive ourselves completely.
To stop hiding.
To trust that each of us carries a unique blueprint that no one else can fulfill.
Authenticity is not selfish.
It is sacred.
When we live from our deepest truth, we naturally make more room for others to do the same.
And perhaps that is the deepest form of liberation.

A Companion Message — The Tower

Alongside this month's invitation sits The Tower.
Astrologically, July is expected to bring significant movement and change. Whether those shifts arrive collectively, personally, or both, many of us may find ourselves standing on unfamiliar ground.
The Tower reminds us that not every ending is a failure.
Sometimes what falls away was never stable enough to support who we are becoming.
Unexpected change often strips away what no longer belongs.
Judgment reminds us that beneath everything that changes...
You remain.
When we know who we are, change becomes less about losing ourselves and more about revealing ourselves.

Crystal Companion — Lapis Lazuli

This month, I also felt called to share a stone that beautifully echoes these messages.
Lapis Lazuli has long been associated with truth, inner wisdom, and authentic expression.
Its invitation is simple:
Tell yourself the truth.
Speak it with compassion.
And trust that the freedom waiting on the other side of honesty is lighter than anything you've been carrying.

July's Reflection:

Where in my life am I still seeking permission to be fully myself?
What mask, expectation, or old story am I finally ready to release?

Closing Affirmation,
May you have the courage to release what no longer reflects who you are, the wisdom to trust what is unfolding, and the freedom to live as your most authentic self,
Tiffany🦋

☀️The Sun, the Summer Solstice, and making space for joy✨

As we move toward the height of the year and the approaching Summer Solstice, I find myself reflecting on joy.
Summer has always carried a certain magic. Longer days, warm evenings, time spent outdoors, gathering with friends and family, laughter, travel, adventure, and a renewed sense of possibility. There is a freedom to summer that invites us back into life.
This month, I felt called to a card that embodies that energy perfectly.

June Card of the Month☀️The Sun ☀️

The Sun is one of the most joyful cards in the tarot.
It speaks of abundance, optimism, vitality, and the reminder that life is meant to be experienced—not just endured. Like the Summer Solstice itself, the Sun illuminates what has been growing beneath the surface and brings it into full expression.
This card arrives as a reassurance that things may be unfolding more beautifully than you realize.
Gemini season also lends its playful influence to this month. Curiosity, humor, learning, connection, and childlike wonder are all part of the invitation. The Sun encourages us to step outside, engage with life, and allow ourselves to be seen.
Perhaps most importantly, The Sun reminds us that we do not have to earn our worthiness.
We are already enough.
When we release the stories of inadequacy, comparison, or not-enoughness, we create space for gratitude, creativity, and genuine joy. The Sun asks us to notice what is already working, what is already blooming, and what is already worthy of celebration.
Joy is not a distraction from the spiritual path.
Sometimes joy is the spiritual path.

🌻 A Reflection to Sit With This Month

What brings me genuine joy, and how can I create more space for it in my daily life?

05/02/2026

For May, on the eve of my birthday and under the light of a Scorpio full moon, I felt called toward a card that speaks to devotion, ritual, and sacred practice.

May Card of the Month — The Hierophant

The Hierophant is often associated with tradition, structure, and spiritual guidance — but at its heart, this card is about practice.

It asks us not only what we believe, but how we live those beliefs.

This month carries a powerful convergence of energy — the fullness of a Scorpio moon, the sensual grounding of Ta**us season, and the threshold of Beltane, a celebration of life, fertility, and the sacred union between spirit and form. There is both depth and celebration here. Release and renewal. Passion and presence.

The Hierophant meets us in this space and gently reminds us:

Your connection to the sacred is something you tend.

Not occasionally.
Not only when life feels uncertain.
But through ritual.

There is a difference between routine and ritual.

Routine can feel automatic, expected, or done out of obligation.
Ritual is intentional.
Ritual is chosen.
Ritual is infused with awareness, presence, and meaning.

It is the same action — but held differently.

A morning cup of coffee becomes a moment of grounding.
A walk becomes a moving meditation.
A breath becomes a return.

The Hierophant invites us back into relationship with our own spiritual practice — whatever that looks like for each of us. Not as something rigid or prescribed, but as something lived, personal, and devoted.

Because when we commit to tending that connection — to something greater, to our inner knowing, to the unseen — life begins to move with us in a different way.

A reflection to sit with this month:
What ritual can I commit to each day — not out of obligation, but as an act of devotion to my connection with myself, my spirit, and my life?

Closing Affirmation:

May this month invite you back into ritual — into the sacred within the ordinary — and may what you return to each day become a steady thread of connection, devotion, and quiet trust.

Love,
Tiffany🦋

The Magician, clarity, and creating space for what’s ready to take form.April Card of the Month — The MagicianFor April,...
04/07/2026

The Magician, clarity, and creating space for what’s ready to take form.

April Card of the Month — The Magician
For April, as the Aries season invites movement, initiation, and forward energy, I felt called to The Magician — a card of creation, alignment, and conscious action.

The Magician

April carries the energy of beginning again — but not from a place of starting over, rather from a place of stepping forward with what you already hold.

With Aries season guiding much of this month, there is a natural momentum building — a desire to move, to act, to create. But The Magician reminds us that true creation doesn’t come from force alone. It comes from alignment.

You already have the tools.

Your intuition.
Your voice.
Your energy.
Your lived experience.

The question becomes: how are you using them?

This is where the energy of spring offers something deeper.

We often think of this season as a time for spring cleaning — clearing out what is old, reorganizing our space. But The Magician invites us to see this as something more intentional. Not just removing clutter, but creating clarity. Because when your environment — your physical space, your mental landscape, your emotional world — is clear, you can see more clearly. And when you can see clearly, you can create more consciously.

The Magician is not about escaping reality or controlling every outcome. It is about becoming a willing participant in your life. It is about recognizing your relationship with something greater — with Spirit, with energy, with the unseen — and choosing to co-create from that place. Like the Magician standing between heaven and earth, you are a conduit, and what you choose to focus on, to nurture, to act upon — begins to take form.

So this month, rather than asking what should I do next?
You might ask:

What am I creating space for?

And does my current environment support that?

Because clarity is its own kind of magic.

A reflection to sit with this month:
What can I clear, shift, or realign in my inner or outer world to create a more intentional space for what I am ready to bring to life?

May you create space for what is ready to take form, trusting that clarity is its own kind of magic, and that what you build from an aligned and intentional place will naturally begin to unfold,

A gentle nudge, a new episode, and an open invitation 🤍

If you haven’t had a chance yet to read this month’s Soul & Psyche, we explored the energy of The Empress — creation, nourishment, receptivity, and what it means to tend to the spaces in our lives that are asking to grow and be cared for

Alongside that, we’ve just released our third episode of The Metaphysical Woman.

This conversation weaves through Pisces season, eclipse energy, intuition, and what it looks like to move through change with more flow and trust — choosing what we want to create rather than forcing outcomes. There’s something in it about softening, about honoring the cycles we’re in, and about coming back to ourselves in the midst of movement and uncertainty.
If you’ve been listening, thank you. Truly. It means so much to us to feel you on the other side of these conversations.
And if you feel called, we would really appreciate it if you could leave a review or rating on the platform you’re using. It helps us grow and allows this space to reach others who might resonate with it.

We also want this podcast to be in relationship with you. If you have feedback — what you’re enjoying, what isn’t landing, or any topics or questions you’d love for us to explore — you can simply reply directly to this email. We’re open to hearing it all.
Our intention is for this space to be of service, while still honoring the organic, intuitive, and real nature of the conversations we share as three metaphysical women moving through life.

Create a life that feels safe to bloom...

For March, as the season begins to shift and the earth herself starts to awaken, I felt called toward a card that embodies creation, nourishment, and the quiet power of becoming.

March Card of the Month — The Empress

For March, I have chosen The Empress of the Major Arcana — a card of fertile energy, creative abundance, and embodied love. The Empress reminds us that this is a time to give birth — not only in the literal sense, but to ideas, dreams, healing, and new versions of ourselves. She is the great nurturer, the divine feminine principle that exists within all of us, regardless of gender. She speaks of unity between mind, body, and spirit. Of grounding what has lived in the ethereal into something tangible and lived.

As we move toward the spring equinox, this energy feels especially alive. Here in California, the earth is greening. Wildflowers are beginning to bloom. Birds are louder. The light lingers a little longer each evening. Mother Earth herself is preparing to blossom. The Empress invites us back into relationship with this regenerative beauty — to remember that life is always seeking to create, to expand, to flourish.

But the Empress is not only about abundance. She also gently illuminates where we may be depleted — where we are overwhelmed, disconnected from our bodies, overprotective of our creations, or neglectful of our own need for care. If something within you feels barren or uninspired, she does not judge. She asks: What would it mean to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and nourished? Where can you soften? Where can you tend to your physical temple? Where can you make space — not only for productivity, but for comfort, warmth, and pleasure?

The Empress reminds us that we are powerful co-creators with life itself. Even in a world that can feel heavy or chaotic, there is still beauty rising. There are still seeds being planted. There are still blossoms preparing to open. The question is not whether creation is happening — it always is. The question is whether we are participating consciously.

A reflection to sit with this month:

What am I being invited to nurture right now — within myself or in my outer life? And what would it look like to create a space, both internally and externally, where that growth feels safe, supported, and abundant?

The Metaphysical Woman — A Continuing Conversation

A gentle reminder that the second episode of The Metaphysical Woman is now live. We are so grateful for everyone who has tuned in, listened, and shared it with others. This project is still very new and growing, and your support truly means more than you know.

If you’re enjoying the conversations, we would be deeply grateful if you would consider rating the podcast and leaving a review on whatever platform you use, it helps more than we can say. And if you have thoughts, constructive feedback, or topics you’d love to hear us explore, you are always welcome to reply directly to this email. We genuinely want this to feel like a shared dialogue.
Our third episode will be released later this month, and I’ll send a gentle reminder when it’s available.

As the light returns and the earth grows green again, may you remember that life is always moving toward renewal, and may you tend what is yours to tend with love and intention,
Tiffany🦋

🌚Eclipse Season🧧Fire Horse Energy, and Becoming the Change💫

Hi friends,

Our second episode of The Metaphysical Woman is live, and I wanted to share it with you.

In this conversation, we explore the energy of the upcoming eclipse season, the momentum of the Chinese New Year, and the fire horse influence that invites courage, sovereignty, and forward movement. We talk about the kind of change that can ripple through communities — unexpected, collective, and catalytic — and the reminder that while it’s easy to point outward, the most meaningful transformation begins within.

What we focus on grows.
What we embody expands.
And what we choose to devote our energy to shapes the world around us.

This episode is an invitation to reflect on where you’re being called to stand in your own sovereignty, to become the change you wish to see, and to trust that the supportive currents around you are stronger than you might realize.

If you feel curious, we would love for you to listen. And if it resonates, sharing it is a beautiful way to support something still growing its wings.
