We sell chicks, goats,and soon kunekune pigs. Follow our page to see what all we have available

NPIP and AI clean! Due to being NPIP all sales are final as per NC Dept of agriculture’s regulations. We do a 48 hour guarantee on our chicks. There are so many issues and circumstances that can cause chicks to pass that we cannot be held responsible for any losses past the 48 hour guarantee. If there are losses in the 48 hour window we will gladly replace or refund your purchase upon proof of loss. To place a hold on our animals we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We’ve had too many no shows and such. We started this little homestead in 2019. We had lost our home to Hurricane Florence in 2018 and got a few chickens when we came back to work on the property. We fell in love with them and got more and well you know chicken math! The more chickens we got the better I felt about everything going on. We added mini Nubians, and Nigerian dwarfs then transitioned to pure Nubians. We acquired Sebastopol geese as well as Kune kune pigs. Now my therapy includes hatching eggs as well as taking care of everyone so they will breed too so I can share the love of these special creatures with anyone that would like to have farm animals! We have our favorites here and some of the breeds of chickens we raise are: silkies, satins and showgirls, some being frizzled! Crevecoeur, English Orpington and Easter eggers. Every bird in our flock except for Miss Kitty (our Easter egger hen that’s the sole survivor of our first batch of chickens) are from some of the TOP breeders in the country such as Orpington farmhouse acres, Greenlands rare and beautiful flock, Burlesque poultry, The Gypsy Hen Poultry and so many others!! We love to help new to farming families and networking with other more experienced farmers. We believe firmly that you can never stop learning! We try to hatch as often as we can and hope to be able to offer different ages and unique looking birds as much as demand calls for. Got to give this farm a shout out! My friend got some eggs from them and had them sent to me to hatch for her. The packing was super light weight so I was a bit confused cause I’m used to eggs being packed in shavings or something else heavy. They were packed in these awesome air pillows! Not one egg was cracked and the air cells looked amazing for shipped eggs! I cannot wait to see what hatches! Go give her a follow! Sarah Breeden thank you for teaching me a new way to ship eggs! Even after all these years of shipping, there are still things to be learned!

Y’all remember Sandy the little bottle baby we were taking care of until she was old enough to go back to her herd? Well she’s doing amazing back home at McNally's Farm! She won her first Blue ribbon today at the 2026 McNally’s farm Goat show!! Isn’t she darling in her little tutu?!

O..M..G!! Y’all look what is getting added to my kiki pen!!! CHOCOLATE!! I’m so excited I can’t stand it 😂 yall know my favorite color is chocolate right? Can’t yall tell 🤣 so now I’ll have chocolate Ameraucana, Chocolate Easter eggers, Chocolate Silkies, and now Chocolate Kikiriki!! Oh yeah! Happy dance!!

I’m also adding something else but I’ll save that surprise for when it gets here to post but in the mean time… I’d love to see what your guesses are as to what it may be? 😜 So guess in the comments and if someone guesses it they will win a dozen hatching 🥚 from any pen 🚢 included!

Its that time of year again! So letting you all know where you can donate your pumpkins when you’re done with them! Our critters and other farm’s critters sure would love to have them! So if you’d like to donate them when done using and are local to us here in Atkinson/Currie let us know! You can even come feed them to the critters if you’d like to! We have pigs, goats, chickens and rabbits that would love them!

We will also take any straw bales you no longer need as well!

Other farms that would love them:

In Rocky Point,NC McNally's Farm would love them for their pigs, goats and chickens!

In Burgaw, NC Hidden Haven Farm would appreciate them for their pigs, goats, cattle, chickens and more!

Comment or message me if you want to set up a time to feed them to the critters here or you can swing by and drop them off or if there’s several we can come pick them up!

If you have pumpkins to donate but aren’t local to any of these farms reach out on your local farming group and I promise many a farm would love to have them!

Remember pumpkins for critters can’t be treated with any chemicals or painted unless painted with non toxic paint 😉
