What we’re doing:
“Just Sit With It”- 30 Days of Stillness

Each day, we’re practicing one small way to reduce constant stimulation and build the ability to simply be with ourselves.

Why?
Because constantly reaching for distraction can become a way of escaping our internal experience. These tiny moments of stillness help strengthen your capacity to tolerate discomfort, uncertainty, and difficult emotions instead of automatically trying to get rid of them.

Benefits:
✨ Become less reactive
✨ Tolerate uncertainty more easily
✨ Stop spiraling so quickly
✨ Respond from a regulated place insteadof default survival patterns like:
• overthinking
• shutting down
• people-pleasing
• avoiding hard conversations
• overexplaining
• seeking reassurance
• saying things you don’t mean
• pulling away
