✨Friend, you’re constantly auditioning for acceptance.
✨You find yourself carefully choosing your words, trying to be “easy” to love, agreeing when you actually disagree, or shaping yourself around what you think someone else wants.
✨You’ve learned that being accepted means being “acceptable” and that can left you performing instead of connecting. You don’t have to earn belonging by becoming everything someone else might want.
✨Healthy relationships leave room for you to be a whole person, not a perfectly curated version of yourself.
Instead of asking, “How can I get them to like me?” try asking:
“Can I be myself around this person?”
“Do I feel safe being known?”
“Do I actually like who I am when I’m with them?”
✨You’re not auditioning for the role of being loved. You deserve relationships where you can show up as yourself.
