Your nervous system doesn’t need a vacation. It needs a reset. Three simple ways to come back to yourself before lunch: touch something grounding, breathe in a scent that works for you (citrus to energize, peppermint to focus, lavender to calm), and exhale longer than you inhale. ( I had to today because my video wouldn’t post before lunch lol 😒🤣)
And if all else fails? Go to the mirror. Take a breath. Remind yourself who you are.

What an incredible journey! 🎉
I’m beyond grateful to officially graduate from the Atlanta Beltline Business Ventures Cohort 6. Being surrounded by so many passionate, innovative, and resilient entrepreneurs has been an honor. This experience wasn’t just about learning how to grow a business, it was about becoming part of a community that genuinely supports, encourages, and celebrates one another. I’m thankful to now be part of a network of inspiring business owners, including Black Coffee Co. ™️ , El Ponce , , and so many other amazing entrepreneurs who are making a lasting impact throughout Atlanta.

Freedom announced is not the same as freedom delivered.
On June 19th, 1865, enslaved people in Galveston, Texas finally heard what had already been law for over two years. That gap between announcement and delivery? A lot of us still feel it.
But our ancestors didn’t wait for the gap to close before they started building. Quilts. Gardens. Songs that turned grief into rhythm. They created because creating was the healing.
That’s where Soap Therapy comes from. Hands processing what words couldn’t hold.
So today, however you celebrate, I hope you create something. Not to prove anything. Just to come home to yourself.

I know we have been silent for a while, but in that silence we were rebuilding. 2025 beat us down, so God sat us down and had us regroup. What started as Ready to Live Soap Therapy® has grown into something even bigger than we imagined.
Over the years, we discovered that the healing was never just in the soap…
it was in the sensory experience itself.
The scent.
The touch.
The creativity.
The pause.
The connection.
After serving 14,000+ participants, partnering with corporations, schools, nonprofits, and communities across Atlanta and beyond, we realized we were building more than products or classes.
We were building experiences that help people slow down, reset, reconnect, and feel again.
So today, we are proud to officially evolve into:

A new name that reflects the bigger vision:
experiential wellness, sensory healing, immersive activations, and spaces designed to help people feel better in real time.
While the name is changing, our heart remains the same.
We are still creating safe spaces.

This is your reminder that new beginnings don’t ask for permission. They just show up. Just like this sunrise.
If you’re in a season of rebuilding, recalibrating, or simply trying again… keep going. Growth is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like quiet courage. Sometimes it looks like showing up when no one claps.
