Introducing RESET & Readiness

Sometimes people don’t need another program.
They need stability first.

RESET & Readiness is a 4-week stabilization and life-readiness support program designed to help individuals strengthen decision-making, routines, communication, and personal stability before and during employment, education, or major life transitions.

This program supports people who are:
✔ preparing for work
✔ returning to work
✔ navigating life stress or change
✔ rebuilding after setbacks
✔ needing structure and direction
✔ ready for forward movement but unsure where to start

Participants receive:
• Practical stability strategies
• Trauma-informed support
• Life planning guidance
• Communication readiness tools
• Decision-making skills
• 60 days of follow-up coaching after classes

RESET works alongside, not instead of, case management, workforce programs, counseling services, and community supports.
