🚨 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC — MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT 🚨
NNK 4 CommUNITY is expanding access to mental health support through our Crisis Prevention & Stabilization Saturday Clinics, hosted at Hearts to Nourish Hope.

Beginning October 17, clinics will be held every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Services include:
- Mental health intake
- Psychoeducation
- Support groups
- Referrals for additional services when needed

Last client intake is at 1:00 PM.

These clinics are open to the public and are designed to help individuals and families connect with support before concerns become crises.

Healing Circles | Check In. Connect. Grow.

Sometimes the first step toward healing is simply having a safe place to check in.

Today we introduced our Healing Circles as a different kind of community mental health space. No pressure to tell your story. No one telling you how you should feel. Just an opportunity to pause, reflect, connect with others, and learn more about your own mental and emotional wellness.

When you arrive, you CHECK IN privately with yourself. In the circle, we CONNECT through real conversation. Before you leave, we GROW through mental health education and resources you can take with you.

Because happiness is an emotion, but healing is a process.
