I gained and lost everything I was suppose to this year.

God showed me things I would of never seen if I didn’t bet on myself.
This year has been about maximizing my health in every aspect, giving back, growing wiser and Loving deeper.

I thank God for the amazing family and friends I’ve gained. I feel not only vindicated this year, but I’ve felt seen, heard and understood by those who mean the most.

Everything the enemy has tried to take has always been restored more than 100 fold. 2026 is only up from here baby ! ✨✨✨

One thing I’m learning about fitness is you have to know what goals you desire for yourself & not be moved by how that looks for everyone else

- this time fitness is more about discipline, building courage and loving my body through building strength, stretching, toning and valuing every part of it.

Although I love to feel good & look good in clothes, this time that’s not the forerunner for this lifestyle, it’s a reward of it.

Last time I lost all the weight, did all the cardio and still didn’t feel my best although I looked it. Taking a step back and allowing God to show me the root of what I was doing needed to shift.

-I was consistent
-I was disciplined
-I ate right
Simply out of habit and not dedication or focus. Looking the part and not actually being it.

This go round I have moments of relief when my muscles are responding and a pain I once had in one place is now gone because I allowed it to recover after training or took the time to learn about nutrition rather than eating some random trainers recipe about something I wouldn’t otherwise have in my kitchen lol.

Partner with God, he will show you things beyond the knowledge you think you can find for yourself.

Single for 7 years after a crazy divorce with someone God never intended for me to be with.

I prayed for marriage because God put the desire of being a wife in my heart for so many years I thought all my mistakes, bad decisions and slip ups would ruin that for me

But, God is faithful to his word. Here I am not only happily married the last 2 years , but with someone God chose before I ever could.

God is a man of his word 💜
