Not everyone runs a 5K the same way. I ride mine—on a recumbent bike with mobility aids—because accessibility is how we keep showing up. This fall I’m doing Gourdy’s Pumpkin Run + the Fall Fanatics series and raising $750 for Girls on the Run International. Your gift fuels programs that build confidence, community, and movement for kids who deserve it.

Fundraiser for Girls on the Run International 2024 has begun!

I've set a goal of $500 for myself and I hope you are all feeling generous! I'll be walking my Gourdy's Pumpkin Run on 11/28 to honor gratitude day and practice gratitude specifically for the existence of this organization!
