What’s new this year? There will be 9 classes offered over a 3.5-hour period, and breakfast is FREE to all who attend. Sue VerHoef, Director of Oral History and Genealogy at the Atlanta History Center, is coming for the first time to teach workshops on preserving and sharing the history of your family, and Ruth Campbell is back to help you use artificial intelligence (AI) to take your genealogy skills further. Tamu Taylor, President of the Metro Atlanta Chapter of AAHGS, will present a fascinating case study to help you better analyze records and evaluate evidence. If you need to learn how to build out a tree on FamilySearch.org, Maureen Keillor will take you through it step-by-step. And prepare to search in real-time, so you can see the tools of "super search engines" in action with Jennifer Petrino.
The full class schedule, presenters, and details are all available on our website.
Please register today and invite any friends who may be interested. We can't wait to see you!
