✨ Authenticity Over Expectation ✨
I’ve been told—directly and indirectly—how people expect me to show up. Some of those expectations were good, and some… not so much. For a long time, I wrestled with them. But here’s the truth: I am proud of the woman I am today. I fought hard to become her.

🧠 Encourage check-ins: Ask your child, “How did your heart feel today?” instead of just, “What did you do?”

If you didn’t grow up with secure, steady love learning how to feel safe with others can be confusing.

You might flinch at kindness.
Push people away before they can leave.
Or silence your needs because you were taught they were “too much.”

That’s not dysfunction. That’s survival.

But healing is possible.
And healthy attachment doesn’t mean being perfect or never triggered it means feeling safe enough to stay, to speak, to soften.

It means knowing:
💬 You can say what you need without fear.
🫶 You can be held, without having to earn it.
🧠 You can trust yourself to choose better this time.

If you’re working on this you’re doing something brave. Something that rewrites generations.

✨ Four years ago, I stepped into the world as a newly minted Doctor—full of purpose, faith, and a deep desire to make a lasting impact. I prayed that I could help others heal and grow, leaving each person better than I found them.

Today, that prayer is unfolding in ways I couldn’t have imagined. 🙌🏾 My practice is thriving, lives are being transformed, and I’m deeply grateful to walk in my calling and purpose every single day.

Your chaos can be like that too.

Blessed are the spiraling. ✨

When the whirlwind hits, anchor your soul by choosing how you spiral:

Don't rewrite your calling in a storm.

Clutter can’t travel where God is taking you.
