Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is RELAX! “REST and SELF CARE are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve from the overflow. You can not serve from an empty vessel.” -Eleanor Brown

Pelvic tilt or angry cat

This variation of the pelvic tilt, done on all fours, strengthens the abdominal muscles and eases back pain during pregnancy and labor. (This is good for those who experience back pains/ back labor )

* Get down on your hands and knees, with your arms shoulder-width apart and your knees hip-width apart. Keep your arms straight, but don't lock your elbows.
* As you breathe in, tighten your abdominal muscles, tuck your buttocks under, and round your back.
* Relax your back into a neutral position as you breathe out.

Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous tumors of the uterine muscle that can cause heavy menstrual bleeding, pain, bowel and/or bladder problems and infertility. Fibroids are the most common benign tumors in women of reproductive age. When fibroid-related symptoms become severe, women often resort to surgical treatments, such as hysterectomy and myomectomy (removal of the uterus and removal of the fibroids while leaving the uterus in place, respectively).
