First post of the year! Stuffed salmon, brown rice and kale 🥬 I read on Twitter one day that the key to rice is broth, so I used vegetable broth & it made a worldddd of difference (I don’t like rice lol) used vegan spinach and artichoke for my stuffing 🤤

Had a father-daughter date DeKalb Farmers' Market yesterday, and as a foodie and nutritionist, I was very pleased to say the least—all this stuff for $115 (!), including crab legs and chicken andouille sausage. I also stocked up on teas and spices. Swipe for more goodies 🌿 (& for chocolate lovers like myself, learn more about Turkish Kibbled Carob 🍫)⁣⁣
