Should we all wait till the market crashes to buy a home? Is it ever going to crash?

- If you have an opportunity to buy right now and you are approved, I would say go for it right now. You never know what might happen in the future and it can get you disqualified easily. Getting pre-approved for a house by a qualified lender is difficult, you need a stable job, a stable income, a credit, a small downpayment , it is a privilege to get accepted. That being said,do not wait and expect a crash in the market just to save a few thousands. This will probably not happen anytime soon.
Baby boomers kids (millenials and gen Z) are marrying and having bigger families, they need more space to the demand in housing will always grow!

Furthermore, those who filed a chapter 7 at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 will soon start being qualified for a mortgage starting in March 2022 and over. ( wait what? Its already been two years since the pandemic?)

Yeah guys! Time flies, if we continue to wait, we might miss an opportunity to settle you in a nice house. You could have built equity instead of waiting. Those who bought a house just a couple of months ago can absolutely get their moneys worth if they decide to resell, because owning a home is the best investment ever!!
