You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter than usual on here…

…and that’s by design.

Life is a series of moments of expansion and contraction - like a jellyfish 🪼 - you can’t have one without the other.

If you’ve been following our personal pages, you’ll already know we’re each personally in a moment of big expansion. Of listening to the call of spirit 💨 and embodying that truth fully and completely.

But following that call to expand our dreams means Spirit Mamas is slowing down for the moment. Don’t worry, we aren’t going away — we love y’all too much! — but we’re focusing our energy on ourselves for the moment. So that we can come back together even stronger in the future 👯‍♀️

We talk a lot about following the whispers of spirit, and we wouldn’t be embodying our truth if we didn’t listen and follow suit.

We wouldn’t be honoring ourselves - or you all - if we didn’t follow where the energy was flowing 🌊 and take a sacred pause where it’s trickling a little slower.

We’re still holding moon 🌙 circles and space for our beautiful community, but you’ll see more activity on our personal pages for the time being.

Hi 👋🏼 here! I can't believe I'm about to hold my fourth book tour circle in Denver, Colorado! These circles have come together so effortlessly, and I love that I'm getting to partner with amazing women who bring so much magic to the space.

This time, I'm co-creating with dance & embodiment extraordinaire, , as she helps us awaken and connect to the magic within.

This circle is going to be so special because it combines two of the most potent modalities - breathwork & dancing. I promise you’ve never experienced something quite like this.

We'll be coming together to evoke the primal energy of the universe, connecting and moving anything that’s keeping you from turning your magic ALL THE WAY THE F*CK ON.
