Summertime is coming, more heat means more opportunities for bacterial overgrowth in your va**nal biome, don’t get caught slippin!
Follow these tips to stay ahead of the game🌺
1.🥬🥑 Follow a balanced diet that includes plenty of greens and other nutritionap dense items like Quinoa, chia seeds and avocado. Avoid too many starchy carbs and bakery items.
2. 💧Stay hydrated!
When we think of hydration we immediately think of water but there are other ways to hydrate yourself. Try watermelon 🍉 or coconut 💦water
3. 🚫Avoid perfumes and other harsh chemicals in the va**nal area.
Believe it or not, you’re va**na is self cleaning and doesn’t need anything to clean itself. Thats doesn’t mean that you dont need to clean the v***a, but even there, water is best.🌸
4.🌼 If you wear panties its best to use the one made of a breathable material like cotton. Materials like polyester or spandex can hold in heat and make you more prone to bacterial overgrowth which can cause Yeast and BV. So stay dry and wear cotton!💃🏽
5.🌿🌸Yoni steam monthly!
Steaming weekly or monthly will not only keep your va**nal biome more balanced but it will also keep you more in tune with yourself. 💐
