I was lucky enough to meet at her show discussing all about how SATC came about. 👠

As my bestie and I stood in line to meet her, I couldn’t help but wonder what to say to her. After telling her all about our college days and how much she had shaped our young adulthood, I realized the one lesson I had learned from ALL of her books…💕

People come and go, things change, but the one constant in life are your girlfriends, they’re forever. 👯‍♀️

Cherish your Samanthas, Charlottes and Mirandas and all the lessons you’ve learned from them. After all, even Carrie wouldn’t have had SATC if it weren’t for her besties influencing her work. is a legend that changed the way women and friendships were viewed forever! 🍸

Bottom Line: surround yourself with the people who lift you and use the rest of the noise as research and fuel to become your best-self. 🥂

When everything falls in place and you know it’s meant to be. 💕

My older daughter was born on the most fitting day of the year for me. The odds are 1/365. ✔️

It’s all about that energy and manifestation. Good vibes only 💕

I learned alot in my year of 37, they say if you’re not changing, then you’re not growing.

This is the first year I:

1. Felt old. In a good and bad way.
2. Learned the true definition of simple.
3. Getting excited about everything makes life fun. The little things are everything.
4. What truly matters are my kids.
5. Friends who are family should be cherished.
6. My hubby is a Godsend.
7. My Mom is my best friend.
8. Have to get rid of things that no longer serve you to make room for better things to come along. It’s the only way. Be true to yourself.
9. Health is wealth. I always knew this, but on another level this year.
10. You are what you eat- LITERALLY.

I could go on until a 100 for all the things I learned being 37, but these are my top 10. It’s been quite the journey- the hard part is what makes it fun! Here’s to 38 and seeing what it brings! 🍾🥂🎉

Oh, and you have my heart. ❤️

With all the trips we took this year, someone made a comment to Jibin and I and said “You two make it look so easy to travel with kids.”

That was the first time I felt appreciated and acknowledged for the awesome system Jibin and I had worked so hard to create to indeed make it easy when we travel with kids. I was blown away by the recognition and awed nature of this person. Then it occurred to me why: my whole life this had never happened- the praise wasnt there, it was always excuses of “well, you have time for this and that” or “well, youre not a doctor or whatever profession that requires so much of you” or “your spouse does this and that.” For the first time ever, I felt like someone was commending me AND my husband for our awesome system we had worked so hard to create by the 3rd time we had traveled this year.

🥂So cheers, cheers to all my friends who have the busiest, insanest lives that “make it look easy.” Yes, it seems that way because we have perfected our system to the max after years of growth and becoming wise to prioritize ourselves first. Cheers to all the women who are medical professionals who map out everything from when to prep food, get groceries, wax and even down to when to rest and relax and rejuvenate in your calendar.

And a special cheers to my gals who are a strong tribe of women and get it done and never complain, but yet get rigged on for “making it look easy.”

🍷And cheers to the husbands who have also perfected the system and worked as a team with your wife to live the ultimate comfortable life with your kids and actually enjoy it and “make it look easy.” To the men who are behind the scenes as most of the time it is the women who get the credit- and a special cheers to my hubby who helps me “make it all look easy.”

And a happy new year!

2023 has been a huge transformation for me- both inner and outer.

POSTPARTUM: I transformed physically after being 1 year postpartum to a stronger body that Im more comfortable in, but cant wait to achieve more fitness goals.

PEOPLE: I transformed internally from learning the true meaning of quality vs quantity and spending energy on those who make me feel good.

DETOX: I transformed my gut from being put through such inflammation from hormones, stress and food and learned even more to the max that ultimately food is medicine.

DEEP CONNECTION: I transformed my beliefs and dug deeper to my roots, religion and restorative techniques through books and self-growth.

I cant wait to see more growth, transformation and clarity that 2024 will bring. Self-awareness and change are constant- you can never know too much or change too much- those who recognize growth have the ultimate power.

So much in the works- cant wait to see what 2024 unveils!✌️

Be Merry 😎

Christmas traditions are my fuel. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.

Ones weve created for years of JOY ahead (JOY=Longevity):

1. Put up Christmas dĂŠcor Nov 1 until MLK.
2. Attend Christmas events throughout Nov/Dec as outlined in my calendar since Oct.
3. Watch Hallmark movies from day after Thanksgiving until MLK.
4. Watch Christmas classics- too many to list but Four Christmases and Home Alone 2 win!
5. Do a Christmas family day.
6. Have brunch and activities for Christmas eve.
7. Read our classic bedtime story and get ready for Santa.
8. Annual Christmas pajama picture.
9. Hot chocolate daily during the season.
10. Fireplace and Christmas caroling dance party every night Nov-Jan.

October is my FAVORITE month! 🍂

🍁FALL: As seasons change, so do we and Autumn gives us the chance to reflect on ourselves after the hustle and bustle of the summer. The shift in the cool front changes everything- daily living, clothes, social activities, food, harvest and even sleep- this mirrors our inner transformations.

👢FASHION: BOOT weather! Boots to me represent strength, independence and power. And they keep you warm! I always say they are an equal combo of pitta and vata doshas (that’s me)!

🏈FOOTBALL: And in the South (esp UGA grads), football is a religion, and Saturday is a holy day- reminiscing is a form of meditation.

💃+ 🎃FESTIVITIES: Navaratri/Garba (sometimes Diwali) represents cleansing, change and turning a new leaf- letting go and transformation- there’s a reason there are 4 Navaratris, and why the one in the fall is largely celebrated with garba and dancing. Halloween has taken on a whole new meaning with having kids! I love watching old movies that make you feel nostalgic like Hocus Pocus, Scream, Friday the 13th and Mean Girls (hey, theres a Halloween party)!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦FAMILY: Mine and my Bae’s anniversary is at the beginning of the month (Ten four for sure) and of course on top of the list along with my older daughters birthday the day before which also happens to be National Mean Girls Day (one of my favorites). With all the birthdays, holidays and celebrations, it also gives us an excuse to see family a bit more!

👯FRIENDS: every year (that we could) Ive taken a girls trip with my college besties and it has happened to be in October for the past 3 trips. Connecting with people who have similar interests and forming bonds as adults with new people has always given me a rush and are so important, but familiar friends and faces are hard to beat and I am so lucky to have remained close to my college gals and gone through life’s phases together from our 20s to almost 40s.

❓What’s your favorite season, month, day of the week and WHY? It gives you a chance to work towards something and create traditions!

It’s all about balancing the Circle of Life & this part helps with . DM me!
