It started as a quiet, yet powerful whisper: Host an event for agency owners. Right here in Atlanta.

I knew I had to do it. And thank GOODNESS I didn’t realize how much work it would take 😂

So, like I always do, I threw a few things together, picked some dates, and said yes.

Because here’s the thing—when I became an agency owner, I quickly realized something was missing.

We had digital spaces, sure. But we needed real, in-person connection. A room just for us.

I saw so many of us working hard, building, leading, figuring it all out—but doing it alone. And that needed to change.

Running an agency is a beast—exciting, fulfilling, exhausting. Just like the families we serve need a village, we need one, too. A space to strategize, share, and grow—together.

So I built this. For community. For collaboration. For the future of our industry.
