Coming up on 8 weeks postpartum 🙏🏾 I have begun incorporating daily yoga and walks into my healing & self-care routines. Sunshine, air, movement have all been divine medicine for me during so many life transitions even outside of postpartum. I usually go by myself on walks, but a couple days out of the week I will take all the babies with me too!

🫶🏾 During our walks, we sing and play recognition games to keep them engaged. I also encourage them to just be quiet and enjoy the scenery 🥰

Postpartum is an undocumented and deeply spiritual experience. Baby is collecting a host of sensory downloads about her new life while completely relying on Mama as source ✨ I pray every mother is cared for and loved on thoroughly to help sustain her groundedness through such an expansive time.

The fourth trimester ❤️ cherishing the sweet moments! Motherhood is a journey. One thing about it that I've learned is time truly flies and life changes fast. For this reason, I'm not rushing to be anywhere else but here, even though it's not always easy!

Had such a good rising getting out early with the girls to do our grocery shopping 🥰 we went to Your Dekalb Farmers Market first and then to Lidl US

They did so well and it was a breeze aside from when Empryss started screaming just for fun in the market 😂😂

We started out getting a smoothie and some food before we went shopping so the girls would be full and not cranky. Can't wait to get my own car back so I can get back to my routines! For now, using what I have and being so grateful ✨💕✨💕✨💕
