Just a few months ago this family reached out for care. Their loved one neglected in a big box assisted living. Our amazing Nurse Stefanie Hinton created a personalized care plan and the family was matched with an amazing care girl. This week I received a call that the family member had passed peacefully on hospice care. Our caregiver also by her side.
Aging in place is something that gives peace and dignity to our loved ones.
I do not take this work lightly I am grateful to be able to help families and bring them peace of mind.
