If you in the area and looking for some GOOD FOOD with REAL FLAVOR and down to earth owners, make your way to Doug's North Carolina BBQ located in Chattahoochie Food Works and you won’t be disappointed. I sat there over an hour eating yummy food and had no idea it was the owner serving me!!! He let me try EVERYTHING.

Keep grinding Doug. I see big things in your future 😘

For one whole year I didn’t have feelings in my hands nor arms.

Can you imagine that?

My normal life was taken from me overnight and there was nothing I could do about it.

Even after a cervical spine surgery that was supposed to fix it, still nothing.

I was defeated.
I was depressed.
I was suicidal.

Then I got a call that changed my life.

This isn’t a sales pitch.

This is showing you there are other ways than Western medicine that can help you live a better quality of life.

No medications. (None helped me)
No surgery. (It actually made life worse)
No side effects (you actually feel better).

Have an open mind as we have all been programmed to rely on medications.

This can be life changing for you.

I am venturing out into new territory. Many many people love to take Goat Yoga. So being the Capricorn I am, I will be teaching my FIRST GOAT Yoga class this Friday at 11am at GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga located in Tucker, GA.

I’m excited to see what this brings and how I can use my expertise to make GOAT Yoga more about yoga than the goats.

If you want to be a part of this, this is the booking link.

My granddaughter does not like AI and told me she can make advertisements better and make it more believable. I just said OK. She then asked me for my other iPhone and my business card. One hour later she sent me this.

I am completely blown away!!!! She spends a lot of her time writing short stories.

Well now she about to act them out and post them!

She is 15 and received absolutely no help from me.

This is RAW TALENT and I’m going to do everything in my power to support it.

Please keep the negativity away as it will not be tolerated.

Took my mini me to and she fell in love. She wants to be a veterinarian so I see her spending a lot of time here.

I will soon be teaching here so get ready!

In light of a recent viral video that I filmed, I want to reshare my story as I’m never malicious in anything I do.

Super Patch gave me my life back. Because of this miracle, I’m on a mission to help any and everyone that I can with these patches.

When we patch people, we video the results as many don’t believe these patches actually work but SEEING is believing especially when it’s raw and authentic.

This is how we help people. However, it’s still people and that’s their personal story.

Not everyone wants their personal story on social media and I respect that.

I want to publicly apologize for my part in this. I truly was coming from a place that it helped me so let me help other people reclaim their lives back.

I have personally talked to the woman in the viral video and we are good.

So here is the video that started it all.

Super Patch truly changing lives. If you feel these can benefit you, please DM me so I can help you the same way people helped me.

THIS. This is why I do what I do.

She wasn’t posing for a camera.
She wasn’t trying to sell anybody anything.

She was on the FLOOR. In tears. Calling her husband. Calling her mother. Because in that moment, she experienced relief and felt like herself again.

THAT is why I refuse to settle for average wellness solutions.

When somebody has been struggling with pain, you don’t always understand what relief means until you see a reaction like THIS.

This is bigger than patches for me.
This is people.
This is families.
This is QUALITY OF LIFE.

And THIS is why we stick with greatness. 🔥

Now I need you to think beyond yourself:

WHO DO YOU KNOW who has been struggling with pain?
WHO DO YOU KNOW who has tried everything?
WHO DO YOU KNOW who deserves to know there may be another option?

Don’t just watch this reel.

SEND IT TO THEM. TAG THEM. SHARE IT.
