Women's Health Specialists is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
Women’s Health Specialists is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to add to our growing team.
This rewarding role in our well-respected, private practice is available to the ideal candidate. The ideal Medical Assistant is a goal-oriented, team player who is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Job duties:
-Rooming and triaging patients
-Performing manual blood pressure checks
-Obtaining & recording information pertaining to the patient's medical history
-Performing urinalysis & urine pregnancy tests
-Inventory
-Sanitizing patient areas
-Prepare and maintain examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
-Assists with in-office examinations & procedures, as needed
-Administer injections
Required Skills:
-Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
-Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
-Strong organization with attention to detail
-Accurate data entry
-Computer skills
-Team-oriented
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to treat patients and co-workers respectfully
-HIPAA/OSHA compliant
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in women's health.
**Pay rate is negotiable based on experience**
