My newest poem awaken from me as I open my eyes and moved around the sheets to this intuitive moment that spoke out of me. Its okay to be greedy. I want me to be happy and joyful in this life excessively. I want every insatiable desire to experienced.

There are time throughout the day, where I grap these bubbles and blow.

I have taught emotional regulation to adults and children for about 20 years. I forget too. Today was a day of remembering who I am.

Today, I attended one of my mentoring meeting and my mind reported this statement " I dont want to be lazy" and this is a subconscious belief that was being revealed in real time.

Me working "hard" "alot" is not unfolding the beautiful life that my soul desires. My self understanding is deepening ... myself concept is evolving as I release and regenerate my strengths for fun, joy, ease, and synchronicity.

There are moments when our emotions cry out for things to end, because in those endings, we are finally free to choose something different. I am evolving into accepting an end and consenting to change swiftly moves the mind toward gratitude—a deep thankfulness that every ending is the seed of a new beginning

Maybe that’s why we call it

Something disappointed,
but we wanna call it good
so we don’t have to be
in the energy of sorrow,
of sadness,
of unsatisfying moments.

It’s time to change.
It’s time to have a transition.

when you don’t want to,
but you choose to,
even when you don’t know how to.

feels unacceptable,
knowing that accepting help
