Our ancestors didn’t always have the luxury of having everything they needed. So they learned to work with what they had.

You gotta stop bracing for the other shoe to drop.
Repeat after me:

🕯️ “My blessings are coming, and I am ready to receive them.”

One of the biggest lies we believe is that our worth begins the moment someone else notices it. So we spend years auditioning for applause, collecting validation like it’s proof of our existence. But the sun doesn’t become the sun because someone looked up. It was shining long before anyone noticed.

This spiritual bath is your invitation to release the emotional baggage, old frustrations, stagnant energy, disappointments, and everything else you’ve been carrying that no longer serves you.

Use this bath as a moment to return to yourself. Let the water become a symbol of release. Set the intention to stop carrying what you were never meant to hold forever.

You don’t need to take every lesson with you. Sometimes, the lesson is simply to LET THAT S**T GO. 😂

Libra season is your reminder that your peace belongs in the equation, too.

You can be kind without being compliant. You can be loving without being endlessly accommodating. And you can disappoint somebody without it becoming a spiritual emergency.

Balance means everybody gets a seat at the table, including YOU. ⚖️✨
