MIMEDX Group, Inc.

MIMEDX Group, Inc. Patients are why we are here. MIMEDX has supplied over two million allografts, through both direct and consignment shipments.

MIMEDX is an industry leader in utilizing amniotic tissue as a platform for regenerative medicine, developing and distributing placental tissue allografts with patent-protected, proprietary processes for multiple sectors of healthcare. As a pioneer in placental biologics, we have both a core business, focused on addressing the needs of patients with acute and chronic non-healing wounds, and a promising late-stage pipeline targeted at decreasing pain and improving function for patients with degenerative musculoskeletal conditions. We derive our products from human placental tissues and process these tissues using our proprietary methods, including the PURION® process. We employ Current Good Tissue Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and terminal sterilization to produce our allografts. For additional information, please visit www.mimedx.com.

EPIFIX® has been studied across multiple prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trials. The results are consistent: meaningfully better closure rates and outcomes that hold up against both the standard of care and leading competitors.

5 of the 12 low-risk-of-bias RCTs identified in the 2020 Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) technical review, across all skin substitute manufacturers, were MIMEDX studies.

When TIME'S UP at week 4, clinicians deserve evidence they can trust. Learn more about EPIFIX: https://mimedx.info/EPIFIX

A retrospective, multicenter study published in the European Surgical Research Journal¹ evaluated 30-day outcomes in complicated diverticulitis patients receiving AMNIOFIX® as a protective barrier after colectomy anastomosis, referencing the ACS-NSQIP national database² for context. The datasets were not statistically compared.

•3.9% 30-day readmission rate with AMNIOFIX¹ vs. 6.7% in the ACS-NSQIP benchmark²
•1.7% reoperation rate with AMNIOFIX¹ vs. 3.2% in the ACS-NSQIP benchmark²

Many wounds that are failing to close are stuck in inflammation, and that’s where RegenKit®-Wound Gel autologous PRP therapy comes in.

Chronic wounds often stall in a prolonged inflammatory state, where dysregulated leukocyte activity and elevated protease levels have been associated with delayed progression toward healing. In that environment, the composition of the PRP you introduce matters.

Explore a new Product in Practice module on Wound Care Today USA to learn how RegenKit®-Wound Gel is prepared at the bedside from a small blood draw, the science behind its use, and the evidence supporting its role in wound management.
