Ok... I Know I've been shutting the front door a lot lately... but... SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!! I just had a Keto "Big Mac Bowl" for lunch and y'all... It tasted like the REAL thing!!! and super easy to do... Got me some pre-made burgers (wanted to save time, but by all means, you can make your own patties) and put them in the oven with some seasoning, at 375 for 15min (turning them once) You can cook them anyway you want (pan, grilled, broil..) In the meantime as those cooked, I chopped romaine lettuce, added 1/2 bag of broccoli slaw, sliced radishes and sliced sweet onions. I added a tablespoon of dill relish (the one you use in the hotdogs) put a patty right on top and added some sliced cheese on top, and by now it was hooey-gooey...AND to finish it off, a drizzle of Walden Farms no sugar Thousand Island dressing.... It.WAS.AMAZING!!!! and only about 3gcarbs (from lettuce and the cheese!) :) My belly is happy!!!!
