The offices of Georgia Highlands Medical Services are staffed by dedicated Board Certified Physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners who practice general medicine. Our medical providers are assisted by licensed nurses and certified medical assistants. Our four off

ices (located in Cu***ng, Canton, Cartersville, and Dawsonville Georgia) are open to the general public, adults and children, regardless of residence or income.

đź“Ł Students entering 7th or 11th grade must receive required immunizations before the start of the school year. Vaccines are available at the School-Based Health Center at Cu***ng Elementary School.

⚠️ Immunization updates can only be provided for students whose vaccine records are already in the Georgia Registry for Immunizations (GRITS).
