🌕 Thank yall for another deeply moving full moon yoga 🙏 this community never ceases to amaze me and remind me why community is so important♥️

I tried to carry too much/while being in a hurry/while loading up today and threw my back out? RIGHT before I left to set up and teach. I still managed to load up my car and then set everything up for the class anyway.

Luckily, I was able to verbally cue the entire class with Idah Jennings and Peachy TheYogi serving as ‘yoga models’ for visual cueing. Rachel Reece packed everything up in my car at the end of class and then unloaded my equipment for me, too. Ryan R. Bennett and Kristina Gunnells held a spot for the whole group at Fatty's Pizza so all we had to do was sit down and eat after all that 🍕 🙏 I think we are going to make that a part of the tradition moving forward. The pizza, not the injury 🥴

It was all truly beautiful and so, so fun and I am so, so grateful for everyone who showed up this evening, for helping me, and for reminding me that I do not have to do everything alone 🙏

Meanwhile, I have soaked in magnesium and slathered on lidocaine and taken extra, extra strength Tylenol. I am in a lot of pain tbh…but still so grateful 🥲 hoping this is something I can just sleep off 😭
