Most nursing students are not missing NCLEX-style questions because they know absolutely nothing.

A lot of the time, they miss them because they rush past the clue.

The word ‘first’ matters.
The word ‘sudden’ matters.
The phrase ‘needs further teaching’ matters.
The phrase ‘most concerning’ matters.

Those words are not extra details.
They are clues that you need to be able to spot within NCLEX-style questions.
