Wow. Did you know this about our food? I wonder how many things could change for us if we take a closer look at what we put into our bodies!

You may not necessarily like everything they say but our food and health is in a serious crisis. Hearing the Means discuss metabolic health has been a truly eye opening conversation for me.

You can also donate to the Cajun Navy that is providing support for those impacted in cut off areas due to the destruction. Lots of people are trapped still.

Hello followers! It's been a while since I have posted! Lots of things going on but right now, I am posting to ask for prayers and if possible donations to WNC.

All my family lives in the area, and are all okay, but are working and volunteering to help. There are lots of ways to help but my plug would be for Samaritan's Purse as it's part of the Billy Graham organization which is located in the area. Here is a link
