Many of us know by now what the studies reveal about social isolation and its impact. As we age and are continually deprived of social interaction , love and communication, our bodies can fall victim to high blood pressure, depression, weakened immune system, heart disease , anxiety and cognitive decline.
As we all continue pray for patience as we self quarantine and hold to the safety measures like 'social distancing', I am sure you are continuing to keep those seniors in your family and network of friends on your mind.
Many that work in the senior living industry are working hard to protect their precious senior population while creating safe communication opportunities for families and residents.
