Recently, our Executive Leadership Team came together for our Annual Mid-Year Vivid Vision Retreat, a dedicated time to reflect, evaluate progress, and align on the goals that continue to drive Flournoy Health Systems forward.

These sessions provide an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments, assess key initiatives, identify areas for growth, and ensure we remain focused on the vision we set at the beginning of the year. Through collaboration, strategic planning, and thoughtful discussion, we strengthen our ability to serve our employees, clients, partners, and communities with excellence.

Progress is not measured solely by where we are today, but by our commitment to continuously improving and moving purposefully toward the future we envision.
