HIP IMPINGEMENT ISSUES?
This is super common in active people.
It happens when the ball-and-socket rub in a way they’re not supposed to.
Pinch shows up when: flexing + externally rotating (like a figure-4 position or knee-to-chest). Try doing 10 of each of these mobility exercises - minus the upper body work shown at the end 😛

Pros of Ankle Weights👇

🔥 Build extra strength: Adds resistance to lower-body moves like leg lifts, marches, glute work, and walking.
🔥 Increases intensity fast‼️ Even 1–2 lbs can make simple movements WAY more effective.
🔥 Great for sculpting: Targets hips, thighs, and glutes with higher muscle engagement.
🔥 Boost calorie burn: Extra resistance = slightly higher energy output.
🔥 Versatile: You can strap them on for Pilates, barre, yoga sculpt, or home workouts.

Cons of Ankle Weights

⚠️ Can stress joints: Too heavy (or used too long) can pull on knees, hips, and lower back.
⚠️ Not ideal for fast movement:Wearing them for running or quick cardio can throw off your gait.
⚠️ Can cause muscle imbalances: If you use them unevenly or overdo them, one side may compensate.
⚠️ Not for all exercises: Some moves become risky if the weight shifts or tugs (like high kicks or dynamic jumps).
