This story is far too common. The physical symptoms are real but so is the mental toll that comes with chronic pain, hormonal shifts, and feeling unheard. We have to fight for our health both physically and mentally: advocating for proper care, protecting our peace, and reminding ourselves that our struggles are valid and we deserve support. 💛
