We have to stop trying to start labor and trust our bodies! Forcing the onset of labor is not good for your body or your baby!! We have to ask ourselves why we are making so much of an effort to get labor started.🤔.

Do you know what you need to take with you to the hospital? Always take your creature comforts! No need to take diapers or wipes for baby. Most hospitals will also give you access to a pump!

Make sure your car seat is fitted before you take baby home. Your local fire station will offer a car fitting service for a small donation.

Don't forget your comfy pillow and blanket as you can expect to be in hospital for at least 48 hours!!☺️

Try to stay hydrated in all this excessive heat. Taking a dip in a pool is great to keep you cool and is a good way to get some gentle exercise in!!! Stay safe out there!!
