This Friday is our first Healing through Music session!! Reach out to join for FREE.

Have you noticed back-to-school feels... different?

Maybe you're a student who still feels anxious walking through the doors.

Maybe you're a parent whose heart races a little every time your child leaves for school.

Maybe you're an educator who has spent so much time caring for everyone else that you haven't had the opportunity to process your own emotions.

If you or your family have been impacted by the Apalachee tragedy, please know these feelings are normal, and you don't have to carry them alone.

Healing Through Music is a free weekly group created for those affected by Apalachee. Through music, rhythm, songwriting, listening, and other creative techniques, participants will learn healthy ways to process emotions, reduce stress, and build resilience in a safe, welcoming environment.

No musical experience is required.
No pressure to perform.
Just a place to take one step toward healing together.

We'd be honored to walk alongside you.

๐Ÿšจ TEACHERS HAVE SPOKEN, AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Weโ€™ve been talking directly with local teachers about what theyโ€™re actually running low on and need in their classrooms right now. These arenโ€™t just items we think would be helpful. These are the things teachers have specifically told us they need:

๐Ÿ“„ PRINTER PAPER!!! This is a BIG one!
๐Ÿ“ Notebook paper
๐Ÿงด Hand sanitizer
๐Ÿงผ Lysol wipes
๐Ÿคง Tissues
๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ Pens
๐Ÿ“Ž Staples

We would love to get these items into our BRANCH Teacherโ€™s Closet ASAP so theyโ€™re available when teachers need them.

If you can grab one item, a case of paper, or a few things from the list, it all helps us take one more expense off a teacherโ€™s plate.

Our teachers take care of our kids every day. Letโ€™s help take care of them, too. ๐Ÿ’™

THE DANCERS ARE OFFICIALLY IN! โ„๏ธ

10 teams.
20 local stars.
One dance floor.
And one BIG reason to show up.

These incredible couples are stepping way outside their comfort zones and onto the dance floor to raise funds for mental health counseling and trauma support through The Ministry Village.

Some have rhythm. Some have confidence. Some may currently be questioning every decision that led them here. ๐Ÿ˜‚ But ALL of them are ready to make an impact.

Over the next few weeks, weโ€™ll be introducing each team, sharing their stories, and giving YOU the chance to help decide who takes home the win.

Dancing in a Winter Wonderland is officially underway.

๐ŸŽ Help Us Support Local Teachers! ๐ŸŽ

As another school year begins, many teachers are preparing their classrooms using their own time...and often their own money.

At BRANCH, we're stocking our Teacher's Closet with essential classroom supplies to help lighten that burden and ensure educators have what they need to care for their students.

Whether it's pencils, snacks, dry erase markers, or office supplies, every donation makes a meaningful difference.

If you'd like to support a local teacher, you can shop our Amazon Wish List below. Every item will be shipped directly to BRANCH and distributed to educators in our community.

๐Ÿ“š Thank you for helping us care for those who care for our students.

After the tragedy at Apalachee High School, Barrow Countyโ€™s generous and compassionate spirit created pathways to healing.

This screenshot from our 2024โ€“25 Impact Report features Scott Dakin of The Ministry Village, Jack Thomas of the BRANCH Resiliency Center, and BCF Board members Matt Thompson and Steffanie Sorrells. The BRANCH Resiliency Center was launched by The Ministry Village using Crisis Fund support, one part of a broader response that directed the majority of funding close to the school community while also supporting trusted recovery partners.

MOVE. BREATHE. HEAL. GROW.

Healing doesn't always happen sitting still.

Sometimes it begins with a deep breath, a gentle stretch, a quiet moment of reconnecting with your body after carrying stress, grief, anxiety, or life's unexpected challenges.

This summer, BRANCH Resiliency Center invites members of the Apalachee community to join us for Mindful Movement, a supportive weekly class designed to help participants build resilience, reduce stress, improve flexibility, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Led by a licensed mental health professional with more than 30 years of experience, this class offers a welcoming environment where movement becomes a tool for healing, grounding, and growth.

Most importantly:

This program is completely FREE for individuals and families impacted by the Apalachee community.

Whether you're looking for a healthier way to manage stress, reconnect with yourself, or simply create space to breathe each week, Mindful Movement is for you.
