Today you choose what deserves it.

Most Q2 goals don’t fall apart from lack of effort.
They quietly collapse under too much attention in too many places.

I’ve seen brilliant people start their day with intention…
and lose it within an hour to inboxes and noise that felt urgent but meant very little.

Yes, that was me too; So here’s the practice I come back to…

Before you touch anything, sit with one honest question.
What is the one thing that would make today feel meaningful if it were done well?

Not ten things. Not everything. Just one (or two). 😉

Begin there while your energy is still yours.
Protect it like it matters, because it does.
